My Weekly Food

I was cooking up my food this week on Sunday and it looked so wonderful on the grill, I just had to take some pictures.

I'm still following the guidelines for the most part to the Paleo Diet that I mentioned in this review and I just absolutely love it. No counting calories is about as good as feeling any.

Here's what was on the grill. Steak, chicken, and pork chops:



And that was just for my lunches and breakfasts for the week.

Here's a big bowl of mixed fruit that I put together too:



And that bowl of fruit will only last 4 meals.

Looks good although that "meat" in the middle looks like an alien run over by a car. LOL :)

Thanks for posting about the paleo diet. I was having trouble finding the right "diet" and so far this works...I feel great!

Beth, Glad to hear you're doing well on the Paleo Diet. Keep an eye out on the blog in the next week or so cause I'm going to have some more on it with some other modifications which work great for fat loss.
