Substitute Beverage Ideas

This article has some good substitutions for drinks for those people that just can't handle the thought of going from a flavorful, high calorie drink to.....water.

But, make sure not to get to excited about the Krispy Kreme Very Berry Chiller being "good." It's still got 290 calories with most of that being sugar. But I guess when looking at lesser of two evils when comparing it to that Starbucks thing, it's not so bad (but it's still not good!).

But I'm still holding to my original position that you can't go wrong just drinking water.
