Turkey Chili

I know. I'm a little late on this considering it's spring and normally chili is a winter thing but, this recipe can be used during any season. It's quick to make, very very tasty and very easy to make. Give it a try. You'll love it.

Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

· 1 pound of lean ground turkey
· 1 can (14 oz) Mexican-style diced tomatoes
· 1 can (15 ½ oz) black beans (drained and rinsed)
· 1 can (14 oz) whole kernel sweet corn (drained)
· 1 package (1 ½ oz) dried chili mix
· ¼ cup water

Cooking:

1. Brown the turkey over medium-high heat.
2. Drain grease from pan.
3. Add everything else and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

· Feeds 4 people
· Per serving:
o 305 calories
o 35 grams of protein
o 34 grams of carbohydrates
o 4 grams of fat
