Not to mention a higher demand for gasoline ...
They aren't walking the dog. They are conserving gas by having the dog pull the car. They should be commended.
Obviously, the driver is a blind person, and the dog is an official seeing-eye-dog.
How dare the article criticize a disabled person! How politically incorrect!
